"I am writing this approximately an hour after the review below. Immediately after writing the review, Matt (one of the owners) tried to call me 3 times. After not being able to get in touch with me and because he cared so much, he actually came to my house to apologize. He said it was an internal communications error and wanted to make it right. As a baby boomer who has seen a lot in life, I have never seen this much caring from a business owner-he was almost getting emotional about it. He cares that much. Anyway, Matt went above and beyond to make things right and bottom line, we will always be a customer. Also, we are a new customer after using the services of another bigger company for many years. If you are considering any of the services that Stainless offers and you are also considering other companies, don't go any further-hire Stainless. Their services are reasonable in price-as an example, Stainless's price for powerwashing our house was half that of the other company we had previously used! They are very professional, offer the personal touch (as above) of a smaller company and they truly care about the quality of the services they offer their customers. ****************************************************************** 10 days ago, Stainless power washed my house, back patio and our front porch-these services were performed well. In fact, everything was very professional leading up to the appointment. However, when the worker showed up, I'm not sure he understood the assignment. After completing the jobs above, unbeknownst to us, as we were in the house doing other tasks, he power cleaned our paved driveway without our authorization. When we went outside to check on the work, as above, all was good, except the driveway. This unauthorized cleaning was done in a poor manner as the attached pictures show. When I called the office, I talked to Kathy and what followed was terrible customer service. When I explained the situation, she did not do what normally would have been done-rectify the situation free of charge as this was the company's fault! Rather what I heard was (paraphrasing)..."oh, the worker was not supposed to that and if I tell the owner, he will get in trouble...if someone comes out to fix the driveway, you (meaning me) will have to pay to have it fixed!" Unbelievable how Stainless would not take responsibility for THEIR error! So, the call ended with a request for pictures to be sent to the office. I complied with this request on the day of the service (10 days ago). I made a follow-up call a few days later to a different customer representative who was very professional and told me that they were very busy but that she would follow-up with the owner. So, bottom line, 10 days later (with the driveway being an eyesore during that time), I have heard nothing from the owner regarding rectifying the situation and doing the right thing. The truth is, if I had been contacted to make things right, I would not have written this review."

However, I didn't choose them for the price alone—their customer service is truly top-notch. Leading up to the job, I received daily text updates with clear guidance on how to prepare my house before they arrived. You just don't see that level of attention to detail with many service companies nowadays! On the day of the service, the team arrived right on time and finished within 4 hours.
